I think we may have "bought a house". We just got an e-mail from our realtor and they haven't rejected our offer, nor countered it, and I am surprised. We've been bounced around a lot in the last three weeks. Now proceeding to the next items of concern: contracts, financing, inspections, and all the pitfalls of property-in-escrow. Say a prayer??
The movers come on Monday to pack up our meagre shipment (one "D-sized" container) leaving us only with what we can pack into four suitcases. And the stress level just went up a notch.
